The wine is named after the 1898 Kiwi New Zealand stamp, which the label is an adaption of, released in the same year that the Walnut tree (from which the estate gets its name) was planted. The grapes are harvested at night to extract as much of the classic Marlborough freshness as possible. The aroma is obvious from the glass and is full of lemon, passionfruit and juicy melon, this nose carries through on the palate with tons of lively zesty acidity to add a gorgeous finish.
