Prosecco, the main ingredient in a Bellini, is produced in Veneto and Friuli predominantly in the hills north of Treviso in Friuli on the border with Veneto. Whilst this is our entry level true sparkler, this has more than its fair share of fans. The glass has a gentle bead of small bubbles and a nose of soft pear and white fruit with a hint of apple. The palate is soft with plenty of tropical fruit and a smooth slightly creamy finish; this is a perfect match with seafood or fruit dishes.
